How InTheMoment Works

When you open InTheMoment, you don't browse a library. Instead, you have a short conversation. You tell the AI what's going on—maybe you're stressed about work, struggling to sleep, or want to build confidence for something coming up.

The AI then creates a session specifically for that moment. Not selected from templates. Actually generated for you, based on your situation, your environment, and what's worked for you before.

Every session includes customisable ambient background music. After each session, you give feedback that shapes future sessions. The more you use it, the better it understands you.

What We Offer

AI Meditation — Sessions that adapt to exactly how you feel and where you are. Sitting, lying down, walking, stretching—the AI adjusts to your posture and environment.

InTheMoment is free to use. The free tier gives you 2 sessions per day, up to 20 minutes each. Sessions are saved for 90 days so you can replay anything you found helpful.

If you want more, our Pro plan offers 5 sessions per day, up to 45 minutes, and unlimited storage—for less than a coffee a week.

Available Everywhere

InTheMoment is available on iOS, Android, and the web. Native apps support offline listening, so you can download sessions for when you don't have internet.
