By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Plain-language summary (not part of the contract)

• 13+ only.
• No sexually explicit content or sexual hypnosis requests.
• Wellbeing guidance, not medical advice or for emergencies.
• You own your inputs; you can delete your account.
• AI providers (DeepInfra, Google Cloud, Groq) help generate content.
• Reasonable security; some data may transfer outside the UK with safeguards.
• No ads; analytics via Plausible (cookieless).
• If you pay, plans auto-renew; cancel anytime for the next period.
• Payments are non-refundable once the billing period starts (unless required by law).
• Standard disclaimers and liability limits apply.

1) Who can use the Service

The Service is for people aged 13 and over.

We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

2) Your account

You may register with email/password or via OAuth (e.g., Google/Apple). Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3) What the Service does

The Service offers AI-assisted check-ins and personalised meditation guidance (text/audio).

Content is generated using third-party AI providers (currently DeepInfra, Google Cloud, and Groq). See Section 10.

We may update or change features from time to time.

Important: The Service is for wellbeing and relaxation only. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis or think you may harm yourself or others, call your local emergency number or contact appropriate crisis services immediately.

4) Your content & privacy

Your content. You may submit text/audio during check-ins, feedback, and profile data ("User Content"). You own your User Content.

Our limited licence. You grant Arintelli a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display your User Content only to operate and improve the Service for you (e.g., generate sessions, deliver audio, support, security). We do not sell your data.

Sensitive data. Check-ins may include wellbeing/health information. We process such special category data only with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

Deletion. You can delete your account from your profile; we will remove personal data from active systems within a reasonable period (see Privacy Policy for details).

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

5) AI-generated content

The Service produces AI-generated text and audio ("Outputs") based on your inputs.

Ownership. As between you and us, you may use Outputs for your personal, lawful purposes. Where third-party provider terms grant rights in Outputs, those rights pass to you to the extent permitted by law.

No guarantees. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. Always use your own judgement and seek professional advice when needed.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or submit unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory content;
• submit sexually explicit content, sexual hypnosis material, or any adult-themed requests;
• use the Service for medical diagnosis/treatment, emergencies, or high-risk activities;
• attempt to access others' data, probe or bypass security, or interfere with the Service;
• copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except where permitted by law;
• use automated tools to scrape or overload our systems;
• upload malware or content that contains personal data of others without permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

7) Subscriptions & billing (if applicable)

Some features may require a paid subscription ("Pro"). Prices and available plans are shown in-app and may change.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period.

Trials & promos. If offered, we may modify or end trials/promos at our discretion.

Refunds. We comply with applicable consumer laws. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once the period starts.

Taxes. Prices may exclude taxes; you're responsible for any applicable taxes.

(If you use Stripe or another processor, their terms apply to payments.)

8) Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including software, design, logos, and content ("Arintelli IP").

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Do not use our trademarks without written permission.

9) Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers, including without limitation:

• Infrastructure: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database/auth/storage), Cloudflare (DNS/CDN/WAF), Oracle Cloud (server).
• AI inference: DeepInfra, Google Cloud, Groq.
• Auth: OAuth providers (e.g., Google/Apple).
• Analytics: Plausible (cookieless).

Their terms and privacy notices apply when you use those services. We're not responsible for third-party services we don't control.

10) Data transfers & security

We aim to host in the UK/EU where possible (e.g., Supabase UK). Some processing by third parties may occur outside the UK/EEA (e.g., US). We use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) for international transfers. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11) Disclaimers

The Service and Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

12) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Arintelli will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of £50 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Arintelli harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

14) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and/or cancel any paid plan. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risks, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, governing law) will continue to apply.

15) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms. If changes are material, we'll give reasonable notice (e.g., in-app or by email). The updated Terms take effect when posted. If you continue using the Service after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

16) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring claims in their local courts where required by law.

17) Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.

Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale.

Force majeure. We're not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.

Notices. We may contact you via the Service, email, or your account details.
