Use Your Registered Email

Send the email from the same email address you used to register your account. This helps us verify your identity and ensure we're deleting the correct account.

Wait for Confirmation

We'll process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Data We Delete

  • Your account profile and personal information
  • All meditation and hypnosis session data
  • Your preferences and settings
  • Session history and progress tracking
  • Any uploaded content or customizations
  • Subscription and payment information
  • Support tickets and communication history

Data We May Retain

  • Anonymized usage statistics (no personal identifiers)
  • Legal compliance records (if required by law)
  • Backup data for up to 30 days (then permanently deleted)

Important Information

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once completed.

Irreversible Action

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

App Access

Once deleted, you won't be able to access the InTheMoment app or any of your previous data.

Subscription

If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled immediately upon account deletion. No refunds will be provided.
