How to Delete Your Account
1. Send an Email Request
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line:
Account Deletion Request - [Your Email Address]Alternatively, you can delete your account directly from your profile page in the app.
2. Use Your Registered Email
Send the email from the same email address you used to register your account.
3. Wait for Confirmation
We'll process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Account profile & personal info
- Personalised session data
- Preferences and settings
- Progress tracking history
- Subscription information
Data We May Retain
- Anonymised usage statistics
- Legal compliance records
- Backup data (deleted after 30 days)
Important Information
- Processing Time: Requests are processed within 7 business days.
- Irreversible: Deletion is permanent. Accounts cannot be recovered after deletion.
